Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for an experienced Home Manager for their large care home near Frinton-on-Sea. The service is truly a beautiful service that that offers best in class care and facilities within the local area and is commercially a well performing home. You will be joining a growing, larger, luxury care organisation that pride themselves on offering non-corporate and supportive/positive working culture of their staff.
This role would suit a Home Manager that is passionate about care and has experience successfully an elderly service. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centered care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing a new staff team along with ensuring the financial performance of the home.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience as a Home Manager and show you have a strong understanding of CQC criteria, along with having a track history of achieving 'Good' - 'Outstanding' CQC reports. You do not need experience managing predominantly self funded care homes but you must have an interest in working within this market. A nursing pin is desirable but not essential but you must be confident having oversight of clinical teams.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that they have the capability to run a successful care service. The position requires a confident, positive person who can motivate a staff team, ensure that first class care is always delivered and understand the expectations of working within a high-end environment.

The home is based near Oxford and would be a suitable commute from Colchester, Chelmsford, Sudbury, Ipswich, Felixstowe, Witham, Clacton-on-Sea and Braintree.
Summary
My client is seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager who has a track history of managing successful homes. In exchange, my client is offering a salary of £85,000 - £90,000 + 40% bonus.
