Salary: £80,000 per annum + discretionary bonus

Compass Associates are working in partnership with a well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Home Manager for a large nursing and dementia care home. This is a key leadership role, offering full operational responsibility within a well-presented home in a beautiful environment.
The home is currently stable with a Good CQC rating but presents a exciting opportunity for a commercially focused leader to drive improvement. The successful candidate will be tasked with enhancing quality, increasing occupancy, and embedding long-term operational and cultural improvements. This role requires a confident and transformational leader who can take ownership of both the clinical and commercial performance of the home, while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture. You will be supported by an established senior leadership structure, with the autonomy to lead change and deliver results at service level.
The Candidate
Our client is seeking an experienced Home Manager with a strong background in managing large nursing homes and delivering successful turnarounds. You will be confident leading teams through periods of change, improving performance, and driving sustainable growth. While a nursing qualification would be advantageous, the provider is open to strong non-nurse candidates with the right experience and leadership capability.
