This is an opportunity to join a reputable provider and take over management of a home with a strong private-pay focus, stable deputy leadership in place, and significant commercial potential.
This role would suit a commercially astute Home Manager passionate about delivering high-quality care while driving occupancy and financial performance in a predominantly self-funded environment. You will be required to lead the service towards improved regulatory outcomes, develop the team, and ensure sustained commercial success in line with the provider's high expectations.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have proven experience as a Home Manager with a track record of leading well-rated services and demonstrating strong business acumen. Experience managing a high private-pay home is essential, along with the ability to grow occupancy and deliver robust financial results.
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence of running successful, compliant care services. The position requires a confident and motivated individual who can inspire the staff team, maintain high standards of person-centred care, and thrive in an environment with elevated commercial expectations.
The company are seeking top talent from established providers and are looking for driven professionals committed to excellence and making a positive impact on residents' lives. Nursing qualification is not required.

The home is based in Cheltenham and is commutable from Gloucester, Tewkesbury, Evesham, Winchcombe, and surrounding areas.
