Compass Associates are delighted to be working with a leading Private Hospital in Southampton in their search for an Inpatient Physiotherapist to provide a high standard of physiotherapy assessment, treatment and advice to patients on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working on the post cardiac and abdominal surgery wards, therefore Respiratory experience is essential, as well as good time management skills and communication skills. The candidate will be expected to work independently without direct supervision and will need to be self-sufficient
The private hospital, which has been providing an excellent standard of healthcare to it's community for over 25 years, provides a range of services including a private GP, outpatients clinics, diagnostic imaging, physiotherapy and pharmacy services.

Requirements
- BSc Degree in Physiotherapy
- HCPC / CSP Registered
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience
- Recently updated appropriate post-graduate course attendance
- Significant post qualification clinical experience in Orthopaedic / Respiratory settings
- Evidence of post graduate study
- Involvement in audit research and understanding quality issues
- Experience of treating acute respiratory patients in desirable
- Able to present information, written and orally, in a clear, concise and logical manner
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal sensitively with patients and liaise effectively with medical and other staff
- Must have UK experience working in a hospital or clinic setting

Hours
37.5 hour per week
Monday to Friday with one Saturday or Sunday per month

Location
This role is based in Southampton, commutable from Fareham, Portsmouth, Havant, Whiteley, Wickham, Winchester, Eastleigh, Sailsbury and Bournemouth.
