Job Title: Integrative Therapist – Specialist Mental Health & Addiction Service
Salary: £39,000 to £45,000 per annum (Non-accredited: £27,000 – £36,000)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Summary:
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading provider of mental health and addiction recovery services on the launch of a brand-new, therapy-led residential centre in North London.
This innovative, non-clinical facility offers adults a safe and structured space to begin or deepen their recovery from both substance and behavioural addictions. Focused on trauma-informed, person-centred care, the service provides short-term, intensive placements over 14, 28, or 42 days.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a compassionate Integrative Therapist to join a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and help shape a brand-new approach to residential recovery care in the UK.
Your Role at a Glance:
As an Integrative Therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through their recovery journey. You’ll deliver both individual and group therapy sessions using a pluralistic and evidence-based approach.
Working in close collaboration with your clinical colleagues, you’ll help develop individual treatment plans, contribute to risk management, and promote sustainable wellbeing through structured therapeutic interventions.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver 1:1 therapy tailored to each individual using integrative modalities
Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops
Conduct assessments and contribute to collaborative treatment planning
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide cohesive, wraparound support
Maintain accurate, timely clinical notes and participate in regular supervision
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
BACP Accredited (or working towards accreditation with completion in the next 12 months)
Minimum one year’s post-qualification experience
Experience delivering therapy in both 1:1 and group settings
Confident in using a range of therapeutic models (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, humanistic)
A team-oriented mindset and a strong commitment to trauma-informed care
