Are you an experienced Home Manager looking for your next interim challenge?
We are supporting a well-established care provider with the appointment of an Interim Home Manager to take the lead within a modern nursing service and make an immediate impact.
This is an opportunity for a confident, hands-on manager to step into a well-established service, lead from the front and provide stability, direction and strong leadership during an important period of transition.
The Opportunity
You will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the service, ensuring residents continue to receive exceptional, person-centred care while supporting and motivating the wider team.
You will have the opportunity to:
Take ownership of the service and make a genuine difference
Provide visible, inspiring leadership to the team
Drive high standards across care, compliance and governance
Build strong relationships with residents, relatives and staff
Identify opportunities for improvement and implement positive change
Support team development, engagement and performance
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure the home continues to perform strongly
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a proven Interim Manager who can quickly establish themselves, understand the priorities of a service and confidently take the reins.
You will bring:
Strong previous Home Management experience
A solid understanding of CQC and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership and people-management skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
The confidence to lead through change
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care
