This specialist day clinic based in West London offers a range of day case services, from sports medicine, podiatry, minor orthopaedics to ophthalmic surgery and more; catering to both NHS and Private patients.    

They value keeping patients' healthy and active as long as possible, so they can do the things that matter to them.         

We are looking for an experienced senior nurse, who has experience in an outpatient or surgical ward environment to steer a small team of HCAs and nurses within the busy Outpatients department.         

We are interested in investing in a motivated and ambitious Nurse, and although experience in Outpatients is desirable, if you are interested and have transferable skills, please apply. Lead or management experience is required but you will be well supported by the Head of Clinical Services to assist on the delivery of business objectives.

What can you bring?                

• You will be a motivated and friendly qualified Nurse, registered with the NMC.
• You will have experience within settings such as surgical wards or outpatients, however a Practice Nursing background may be considered.
• You must have senior nursing experience as a senior / band 6 nurse, lead or manager and be interested in being part of a growing hospital.
• Experience leading a small team is desired          
• You will be a natural leader and be able to lead a friendly team of professionals, which will include, HCAs, Band 5 Nurses and Consultants on the delivery of an outstanding patient experience.  
• We are open to flexible working for the right candidate but ideally you will be able to work flexibly Monday to Saturday.
