Multi-Site Nurse | Elderly Nursing Homes | Gloucestershire Region
Hourly Rate: 
£25.52 (weekdays) / £26.52 (weekends) + paid breaks
Location: Gloucestershire Region
Contract Type: Permanent / 37.5 hours per week (07:45–20:15) – full flexibility required, including night shifts as needed.

They are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their team in a full-time, permanent role, supporting multiple care homes across the Gloucestershire region.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Be a positive and professional role model, delivering care with empathy and respect
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
  • Inspire and support care teams to consistently provide exceptional, person-centred care
  • Work flexibly across multiple homes to cover staff absences, holidays, vacancies, and sickness
  • Provide mentorship and induction support for newly hired nurses, while guiding current team members
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for travel between sites
  • Flexibility to work any 5 out of 7 days, including weekends and occasional nights, is required

Candidate Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a clinical role within an elderly care home
  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN and a background in elderly care
  • Naturally compassionate, with a strong commitment to supporting older adults
  • Solid clinical skills and leadership capabilities
  • Willingness to work 12.5-hour shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
