Compass Associates are proud to have partnered with a valued client to appoint an experienced National Director of Sales / National Sales Specialist for a highly impressive and multi-award winning Independent Living provider.
My client is a medium sized, private equity owned senior living provider with an excellent reputation spanning multiple States.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role with increasing occupancy and driving sales throughout my Client's portfolio of communities from Texas to Michigan.
Partnering with Executive Directors, the Regional Directors of Sales and the Regional Director of Operations you'll be responsible for developing marketing strategies and building strong relationships with potential residents and the local community.
The position will also involve training Sales Counselors and Sales Directors within the individual communities and also provide hands-on sales expertise to those communities without adequate sales resource. The position doesn't have any direct reports.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience with a successful and evidenced track record in a similar capacity, ideally within Senior Housing or Independent / Assisted Living and a minimum of 1 years multi site experience.
My Client are looking for a passionate, energetic individual experienced in creative marketing and selling techniques with excellent communication skills and first class levels of customer service.
Requirements
3 Years experience as a Sales Director or similar within Senior Living / Independent Living or Housing.
1 Years experience in a multi site Sales related capacity within Senior Living / Independent Living or Housing.
Evidenced and successful track record of increasing occupancy
Passion for seniors
Excellent customer service skills
Willingness to travel at short notice
Location
The communities are based throughout the US and the ideal candidate will be located within commutable distance of an airport.
