Rate: £12.55ph (with a potential earning of £31,977.40)
Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire
Qualification: Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Hours: 07:45pm to 08:00am (Shifts)
Contracted Hours: 49hrs per week
Remit
Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Night Senior Carer to work in their well performing Residential home based in the Chesterfield, Derbyshire area. This home provides care for Respite, Residential Care. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a residential home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team along side be able to demonstrate your ability to lead and motivate a team of carers.
The Candidate
This role is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Carer looking for a fresh new challenge. The candidate is required to have previous experience in the Residential home setting, strong leadership knowledge and a passion for elderly and dementia care.

Requirements
• Minimum two years’ experience of working in health and social care, with a minimum of one years’ experience in a care home.
• Ideally experience of working at a senior level in a care home.
• Experience of using MS Word and Outlook (Essential).
• Level 3 in Health and Social Care, or equivalent, (Essential).
• Working towards Level 3 in Health & Social Care, or equivalent
