NMC Registered Nurse (DAYS OR NIGHTS ONLY) – Medium Elderly Nursing Home (Twerton, Bath)

Registered Nurse - Days or Nights only 

Location: Twerton, Bath   
Hourly rate: £22.25ph + Paid Breaks (with a potential Earning of £48,594)
Contracted Hours: 42hrs (Nights Shifts)

PLEASE NOTE: A valid and in date NMC pin is essential for this position. Unfortunately we are unable to offer visa sponsorship at this time.

Shifts patterns:

Days:

08:00am to 08:00pm - 2-week rotation. 

• Week 1 - 3x 12hr Shifts
• Week 2 - 4x 12hr Shifts

Nights:

08:00pm to 08:00am - 2-week rotation. 

• Week 1 - 3x 12hr Shifts
• Week 2 - 4x 12hr Shifts

Overview:                           
We are currently working in partnership with a leading healthcare provider to appoint a Registered Nurse in a medium sized home based in Bath .

This care home is set in a lovely spot with great views and large, secure gardens. It used to be a school and has been turned into a warm and welcoming place for people who need different levels of care. There are three separate areas in the home, including spaces specially designed for people with dementia or mental health needs. The home is made to help residents feel safe, comfortable, and more independent. There’s even a local shop nearby that residents often visit, adding to the friendly community feel. Staff here work in a caring and supportive team, helping to make a real difference every day.

                               
Requirements:                

• 4 years minimum experience working within a nursing home.
• Qualified RGN or RMN
• NMC registration
• Passion for high quality patient care
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High sense of personal responsibilities
• Ability to work as part of a team

This home is based in Bath and can be commutable from Bristol, Cardiff, Frome, Trowbridge, Westbury, Chippenham, Melksham, Corsham, Bradford-on-Avon, Keynsham, and Saltford.
