Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small nursery provider who are looking for a nursery manager to lead their services in Horsham. We are looking for candidates who have experience working within a Nursery Manager capacity working in a large nursery setting or a highly experienced Deputy Manager working in a large nursery setting.
Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.
Requirements
- Management experience within nurseries
- Budget management
- Outstanding/ Good Ofsted, governance and compliance
- Driving license (Desirable)
Location
The role is based in Horsham and is commutable from Crawley, Haywards Heath, Burgess Hill, East Grinstead and surrounding areas.
