Location: Somerset  (2 days on-site, with potential for full-time remote case management)
Contract Type: Part-Time (2 days on-site) / Full-Time (with additional remote case management)
Salary: Up to £45,000 (pro-rata, depending on experience)

Ou Client, UK’s leading Occupational Health organisation, is looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to join their team!

Role Overview

As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of employees. This role involves both on-site health surveillance and case management, offering expert advice and assessments while working closely with clients in the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Health Surveillance and Fitness for Work Assessments.
• Perform case management (phone/in-person), producing high-quality management advice reports.
• Provide occupational health guidance aligned with legislation and best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) with a degree or diploma in Occupational Health (desirable).
• Experience in commercial occupational health, including case management and health surveillance.
• Strong knowledge of occupational health and employment legislation.
• Previous management experience is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Background in A&E or Intensive Care.
• Proficiency in occupational health best practices.
• Strong communication and report-writing skills.
