Location: Grimsby (Easily commutable from Scunthorpe, Hull, Lincoln, Goole & Sutton on Sea)
Salary: Up to £33,500 DOE
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week

Overview

Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of the UK's fastest growing independent providers within Hospital and Specialist Care, seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join their team in the Grimsby area.

This role involves working with adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Conditions, Personality Disorders, and Challenging Behaviours. The service operates within a specialist hospital setting as well as smaller units that provide a more community-focused environment. Both pathways are rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
• Collaborate with health and social care professionals, support staff, and volunteers
• Maintain accurate records, uphold clinical governance standards, and ensure the secure handling of sensitive information
• Support and oversee occupational therapy student placements

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Therapy
• HCPC registration
• Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
• Strong knowledge of therapeutic approaches for vulnerable adults
