Compass Associates are currently working with a small but growing provider who support adults and children with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs.
Due to changes in regulation for Post 16 supported living, the organisation is now re-registering two homes under Ofsted to be used as residential homes for children.
We are looking for a Children's Home Manager or a strong Deputy who is ready to step up to take on the day to day management and Ofsted Registration for 2 Children's Residential Homes in the Medway are of Kent.
Work Pattern
Monday - Friday, with occasional weekends and evenings and the flexibility of managing your own diary.
Location
The homes are situated in the Medway are of Kent, commutable from Rochester, Chatham, Gillingham, Sittingbourne, Maidstone, Gravesend and the surrounding areas of Kent.
Interview process
2-Stage Interview Process
1st stage via MS Teams with the Senior Management team, informal and a discussion of the role and your experience, some competency-based questions and CV history queries
2nd stage is Face to Face at one of the services with the Senior Management team, formal with a meet and greet.
Criteria
Essential to have management experience within Children's Residential Services
Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and confidently lead Ofsted Inspections.
Passionate about Children's Residential services, whether Autism, Learning Disability or EBD settings.
You must have a relevant NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management qualification or be willing to undertake.
Clear DBS
Own transport and clean Driver's License
