JOB TITLE: Operations Manager - Complex Care

HOURS: Full-time

LOCATION: North East (based in Huddersfield)

SALARY: Competitive salary up to £60,000, depending on experience

ROLE:

As the Operations Manager - Complex Care, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and overseeing the delivery of compassionate, person-centred care across the North East and Newcastle regions. Your leadership will ensure that services comply with regulatory standards and foster a positive environment where both clients and care workers can thrive. You’ll be responsible for:

Leading the delivery of complex care services with a focus on excellence and compliance.

Ensuring regulatory requirements and industry standards are met.

Cultivating a positive, inspiring culture of care and support within your team.

Managing resources effectively and overseeing care packages.

Collaborating with central support teams, such as HR, Payroll, Quality, and Marketing, to ensure smooth operations.

Leveraging digital tools and technologies to improve service efficiency and delivery.

Promoting professional development opportunities through their Academy and facilitating career progression for you and your team.

 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

  • A passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others.
  • Experience managing Homecare services
  • Leadership experience in the healthcare sector, preferably within complex care.
  • Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and healthcare compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care.
  • A strong desire to develop professionally and help your team do the same.
