Compass Associates are excited to be working with a small high end nursery provider who are looking for an outstanding senior nursery manager to lead their services in Bexleyheath. We are looking for candidates who are currently working and have a proven track record of hitting outstanding with Ofsted within a nursery manager capacity.

Within this role you will be responsible for the overall running of the service and provide clear frameworks of multi-disciplinary working and will work towards KPI's, budgets and ensure optimum use of resources to work towards financial targets. Management of staff, recruitment, development and performance will also fall within your remit.                  

Requirements                                  

- Management experience within nurseries                

- Regional or multi-site experience                

- Budget management                          

- Outstanding Ofsted, governance and compliance                         

- Driving license                  

Location                                  

The role is based in Bexleyheath and is commutable from Dartford, Bromley, Welling and surrounding areas
