Job Title: Paediatric Nurse - Complex Homecare
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am–5pm (no weekends, bank holidays, or nights)
Location: Midlands – covering Coventry & Birmingham
Salary: £43,000 per annum

An established national healthcare provider delivering high-quality, bespoke care to adults and children with complex needs in community settings. Services include support for clients with spinal injuries, neurological conditions, brain injuries, learning disabilities, and long-term conditions.

 

Role:
This is a community-based nursing role supporting clients with complex healthcare needs to live safely and independently at home. The Regional Complex Homecare Nurse will assess care packages, review clinical plans, and deliver practical training and supervision to care teams.
The role offers a high level of autonomy, flexibility, and variety, no two days are the same. You will liaise closely with ICBs, case managers, and other health professionals to ensure care delivery meets the highest standards. The position includes participation in a paid on-call rota.

 

Candidate Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse (Paediatric or Adult) with current NMC registration.

  • Experience in ICU, HDU, or complex community care.

  • Confident, compassionate, and adaptable professional able to work independently.

  • Full UK driving licence essential.
