Job Title: PBS (Positive Behaviour Support) Practitioner - Learning Disabilities & Autism
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum + £3,000 Car Allowance
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Location: North London / Hertfordshire – Haringey, Barnet, and Potters Bar
Qualifications: Experience in PBS, Learning Disabilities, and Autism

The Role:
Compass Associates is proud to be partnering with a trusted care provider in the search for a PBS Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and enhance Positive Behaviour Support practices across supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.
In this role, you will collaborate with staff, develop and review PBS plans, and visit services regularly to ensure high standards of care and effective implementation of PBS strategies. You will play a key role in reducing restrictive practices and promoting positive outcomes for service users.
