Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Manager seeking a new challenge?
We are working with one of the UK’s leading providers of adult social care to find a dedicated Peripatetic Manager to join their team. In this dynamic role, you will provide essential support to managers across residential and supported living services in West and South Yorkshire.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support existing service managers in areas such as recruitment, retention, and team building.
• Ensure compliance with CQC standards and drive quality improvement initiatives.
• Oversee budget management and optimize resource allocation.
• Deliver exceptional care and support to ensure residents’ needs are met.
• Assist with rota planning and day-to-day operational challenges.
What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within adult social care.
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
• Willingness to travel within the Yorkshire region (car allowance provided).
