Compass Associates are working with a large provider of Care & Support to people with Learning Disabilities, Autism, Complex Needs and Mental Health, who operate a large portfolio of Residential and Supported Living Services across England and Wales.
We’re recruiting for a Peripatetic Manager to provide support to Registered Managers and the Senior Leadership Team. The role will primarily support the Southern Regions, however candidates must be flexible and willing to be deployed nationally. The role will involve a wide variety of duties including troubleshooting, turnaround, quality assurance, implementation, project management and relief management.
This is an ideal role for an experienced Registered Manager who is seeking additional exposure to help with their long term career progression.
Person Specification:
The post will require experience managing residential and supported living services for adults with learning disabilities, therefore experience as a Registered Manager and knowledge of CQC is essential.
Ideally applicants will also have experience with overseeing CQC inspections within residential services, composing and implementing action plans.
This post will require extensive travel with regular overnight stays, therefore applicants must be flexible and able to commit to staying away for a few nights during the week.

This role will mainly cover South of England including Hampshire, Greater London, Sussex, Essex and Surrey, however there will be an expectation to be willing to travel on a national basis and will involve overnight stays during the week.
