The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a highly experienced Regional Support Manager in and around the Yorkshire, Derbyshire and North West area.
This role would suit a Registered Manager or Regional Support Manager that is passionate about care. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established teams you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The successful candidate will be tasked with supporting services and managers that require additional support from a senior leader, as well supporting homes without a manager for a short period of time. You will not be asked to be the Registered Manager.
The Candidate
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run successful care homes, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower competent staff teams, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.
* Must be a current Peripatetic Manager or Home Manager (elderly care home)*
Location
This role is based in Yorkshire, Derbyshire and the North West of England. The position would be ideal for those exploring new career opportunities in the Sheffield, Rotherham, Barnsley, Leeds, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Manchester, York & Doncaster area.

Summary
My client is seeking a Regional Support Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running successful homes and undertaking turnaround projects in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary up to £70,000 per annum inclusive of car allowance and mileage.
