What You’ll Be Doing
• Lead and inspire the Pharmacy team to achieve high performance.
• Enhance the commercial success and profitability of the pharmacy.
• Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of pharmacy services.
• Provide guidance and support to pharmacists, technicians, and dispensers.
• Deliver exceptional patient care to the local community.
• Effectively manage complaints and errors to maintain a high standard of service.
What You’ll Bring
• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• MPharm, BPharm, or equivalent qualification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Proven post-qualification experience working in a pharmacy setting
