The Opportunity

As Pharmacy Manager, you will play a key role in leading the day-to-day operation of the branch, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and high-quality pharmacy services to the local community.

This position offers a high degree of autonomy and is ideal for a pharmacist who enjoys taking ownership of their branch, leading and developing a team, and driving both clinical and commercial success. You will be supported by an experienced head office team who provide operational, regulatory, and employment support, allowing you to focus on leading your pharmacy and delivering exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a pharmacist who is:

  • GPhC registered
  • IP qualified
  • A confident and supportive leader
  • Reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Comfortable making decisions and working autonomously
  • Passionate about delivering excellent patient care and customer service
  • An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
  • Commercially aware and motivated to contribute to branch growth
  • Experienced in pharmacy management and team development
