Salary: Up To £60,000 Per Year, Depending on Experience

Hours: 40 hours per week over 4.5 days per week.

Location: Scarborough, Yorkshire

Compass Associates are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s largest supermarket chain’s pharmacy stores in the search for a proactive pharmacist to join their progressive team.

The successful candidate will possess strong management and leadership skills and will be an effective communicator. You’ll also have proven post-qualification experience within a pharmacy environment.

This will be a full-time position where you’ll be working 40 hours per week over 4 days per week. My client also offers a very competitive benefits package ensuring your professional development is supported and promoted.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and motivate the Pharmacy team.
• Ensuring the pharmacy service is organised and running smoothly.
• Providing support and assistance to pharmacists, technicians and dispensers where appropriate.
• Provide an excellent level of care to patients within the community.
• Ensure that errors and complaints are handled effectively.

What You’ll Bring

• Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
• MPharm, BPharm or equivalent.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Proven post qualification experience working in a pharmacy environment.

Location

This Community Pharmacy is based in Scarborough – commutable from York, Hull and Middlesborough.
