Compass Associates are working with a reputable and Dental client looking for a Practice Manager to be proactive and diligent in overseeing their practice based near Canterbury. Working to CQC and compliance standards the role will be challenging as well as rewarding, being able to provide the individual with a wide range of tasks, including, financial management, patient care and customer service, marketing, and other skill sets. This is an outstanding site where the latest methods are used to provide the patients with a first-class experience. This is an award-winning company working to a highest of standards.

Requirements                                  

• Proven experience in dental practice management or healthcare management.
• Financial management skills, including budgeting and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in dental practice management software.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014.
• Methodical and approachable.

Location                                  

The role is based near Canterbury, is commutable from surrounding areas.
