We’re working with a growing, independent veterinary business as they seek a new Manager to oversee their Front of House team of 5. This is a full time, permanent role where weekend availability would be a massive help, but definitely not a deal breaker.
You will oversee a wonderful team to look after clients, staff and all the wonderful pets we get through the doors. As the first and last member of staff out clients deal with, we would also need you to be a brand representative and a friendly face for clients. Offering team training, assisting the clinical team and managing rotas effectively would also fall within your remit.
You should be experienced with reception work, administration, have a keen eye for detail and a great customer service driven work ethic. Experience within a veterinary or healthcare setting is also a bonus!
For the right candidate, we’re offering around £32,000 per year with lot of benefits including:
The practice is based near Preston, in Lancashire. Commutable from Blackburn, Blackpool, Southport, Bolton, Burnley and all surrounding areas.
