Compass Associates is delighted to be working with a prestigious private independent hospital in Hale, Cheshire, as they expand their services with the addition of a new state-of-the-art theatre. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Recovery Theatre Practitioner to join their growing team on a full-time, permanent basis.
About the Role
As a Recovery Theatre Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring patients receive the highest standards of care during their post-operative recovery. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of surgical specialities, including general surgery, plastics, gynaecology, and orthopaedics.
This role is perfect for a professional who thrives in a collaborative and high-quality care environment, where patient safety and satisfaction are at the forefront.
What We’re Looking For
- RGN or ODP qualified
- Active NMC or HCPC pin
- Proven recovery experience in one or more of the following specialities: general surgery, plastic surgery, gynaecology, or orthopaedics.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational abilities.
- Experience either private and NHS settings will be considered.
