We are a seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join a highly respected domiciliary care provider, recruit, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the organisation’s continued growth.
The Provider
Our client is an established domiciliary care provider with over a decade of delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community. The organisation has built a strong reputation locally for supporting individuals to remain independent within their own homes while maintaining exceptional standards of care and professionalism.
With a growing client base and expanding care team, the organisation is investing further into its recruitment capability to ensure the continued attraction of high-quality Care Professionals.
You will be joining a friendly and collaborative office team of approximately seven staff, supporting around 50 Care Professionals delivering care across the local community. The service prides itself on maintaining strong staffing levels, high retention and a positive working culture for its care team.
The Role
This a hands-on recruitment role, responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for Care Professionals within the domiciliary care service. Working closely with the management team, you will ensure the organisation consistently attracts, selects and onboard compassionate and reliable care staff.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full recruitment process from attraction through to onboarding
- Creating and managing job adverts across job boards and social media
- Screening applicants and conducting interviews
- Ensuring safe recruitment compliance including DBS checks, Right to Work checks, references and employment history verification
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of potential Care Professionals
- Supporting recruitment campaigns and community attraction initiatives
- Attending recruitment events where required
Success within the role will involve maintaining sufficient recruitment activity to support the organisation’s growth, including achieving a net gain of approximately four new carers per month.
The position also includes participation in an on-call rota (approximately 1 in 6 weeks) which includes one evening per week and occasional weekend cover.
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Previous end-to-end recruitment experience, ideally within health or social care
- Strong understanding of safe recruitment and compliance processes
- Experience creating and managing job adverts and recruitment campaigns
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment
- Passion for recruiting individuals who deliver high-quality care

Due to this is vital, that the successful candidate can drive to be able to support the on-call responsibilities.
