Compass Associates is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the recruitment of a Regional Director for their growing portfolio of luxury elderly care homes across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding business that seeks a seasoned leader to strengthen its regional management team. The role will cover areas including London & Surrey.
As the Regional Director, you will oversee and support a portfolio of 8 elderly nursing/ residential homes, collaborating with the executive leadership team to manage performance across the region. You will guide and mentor the home managers, stepping in as needed to manage operations in their absence. The position demands strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of elderly care, and the ability to drive commercial success while ensuring the delivery of exceptional care to residents.
