Hours:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (flexible start/finish to accommodate travel)
Location:
Home-based with extensive travel across Stockton on Tees, Rochdale, Nottingham, and Telford branches; occasional travel outside region for meetings
Salary:
£52,000 per annum

Role:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Regional Manager to oversee our complex care services in the North region. This permanent role offers the opportunity to lead multiple branches including Stockton on Tees, Rochdale, Nottingham, and Telford. You will provide operational oversight, support branch managers, ensure compliance with legal standards, and drive business growth in line with company objectives. You will manage budgets; control agency spend and play an active role in recruitment and staff development. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, you will work closely with other regional leaders to ensure operational excellence. The role is home-based but requires significant regional travel and attendance at key meetings outside the region.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience within complex care, ideally at a regional management level
- Strong commercial, budget management, and business development skills
- Experience managing complex client groups such as acquired brain injury, spinal injury, tracheostomy, long-term, respite, and palliative care
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent organisational and diary management skills
- Alignment with company values and commitment to high-quality care
- Driving license and access to a car essential
- Candidates from domiciliary care backgrounds will not be considered
- Flexibility around notice periods (up to 3 months acceptable)
Process:
- The recruitment process involves an initial screening followed by a single-stage interview conducted via Teams with the Operations Director.
