Salary: £70,000 + car allowance + mileage

 

Requirements:

  • Senior management experience across multiple elderly care homes
  • Good knowledge of CQC single assessment framework
  • NVQ Level 5

The Role                          

Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a valued client who are searching for a new Regional Manager to join their team in the North West of England. This new role joins a business who are looking for a collaborative individual, with a background in elderly care that can guide their portfolio to deliver a strong standard of resident care.

 

The purpose of the role is to support each home through day-to-day operations and guide Home Manager’s towards achieving their KPI’s, meeting dependency with staffing levels and forging strong relationships.

 

The Candidate

The successful candidate is required to come from a background of managing multiple elderly care homes, with the ability to demonstrate scale of team and particular highlights whilst in position.

 

As a leader, the candidate will foster an inclusive mentality to team culture and coach the managers to drive commercial performance. There’ll be a key focus on quality and compliance across each home, ensuring each home understands the why behind the procedures.

 

The Regional will complete monthly audits and monitor financial viability, working directly with their managers on the highlighted areas of improvement to achieve the necessary results.

Location

The role is covers a range of areas from; Liverpool, Warrington, Southport, Manchester, Salford, Stockport, Bolton, Oldham, Bury, Tameside, Rochdale, Trafford, Wigan, Preston, Burnley, Halifax, Keighley, Bradford, Huddersfield and Leeds. 

 

Summary

My client is seeking an experienced operator to lead a portfolio of elderly care homes; through driving their commercial performance, to improving quality and compliance. The successful candidate will motivate and incentivise each of their managers, bringing ideas and collaboration to their portfolio in order to ensure a high level of care. In return, my client are offering a competitive salary with an addition of mileage and car allowance.
