The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with an established care provider operating across the United Kingdom. With the success of the business, there is an opportunity for a new Regional Manager to join the team across the Yorkshire region.
This role will support a mixture of care homes providing nursing, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. From guiding and motivating the Home Managers, to monitoring compliance and profitability across each service.
The Candidate
The successful candidate will come from a decorated background within the care sector, with previous experience of managing an elderly care home to a high standard. Most recently, the candidate will have gained experience across multi-site and be confident managing a larger scale team.
They will hold an excellent knowledge of CQC requirements and be keen to share their knowledge of best practice. As an operator, they’ll be commercially savvy; able to instil good budget knowledge within their team and also work well alongside external stakeholders.
Quality care for their residents will be at the heart of their everyday actions; ensuring residents and their families receive strong communication, dignity and support.

The role is covers a range of areas from; Leeds, Sheffield, York, Doncaster, Rotherham, Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford, Scunthorpe, Hull, Dewsbury, Keighley, Halifax, Rochdale, Harrogate, Selby and Barnsley.
Summary

In exchange, my client are offering a salary of circa £65k per annum plus mileage and the potential for future career growth.
