Compass Associates working with a valued client in their recruitment of an RGN Regional Support Manager. The client operates a portfolio of elderly care homes across the UK and is seeking someone to work closely with the Operations Manager in supporting their homes across the Southeast London and Kent. This is an exciting time to join an organisation that is recruiting to help strengthen their regional teams and further support their Home Managers. This role will require travel across the South East including Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Sevenoaks and Maidstone.
As a RGN Regional Support Manager you will there as a support for a portfolio of elderly nursing homes and will work with the Operations Manager to manage the overall performance of the region as well as leading and supporting the current Home Managers. You will also be expected to step in as a Home Manager when needed across the services. The role requires someone that can commit to the travel needed for the position. Although a firm understanding of the commercial elements of the role is needed, the key focus is a person that can ensure the homes deliver exceptional levels of care.
The Candidate
The successful candidate must have experience working within a similar Regional/Peripatetic Support Manager capacity and you will need to show you can demonstrate an exceptional history with CQC and the turnaround of challenged homes. Please note that this is a clinical position, and all candidates must be a qualified RGN with an active and clean pin.
