The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with a valued client in their recruitment for a highly experienced Regional Multisite Manager in and around the Merseyside area.
This role would suit a Registered Manager or Regional Multisite Manager that is passionate about care. You will be required to focus on providing high-quality person-centred care in line with CQC regulations, supporting/developing the well-established teams you are leading and ensuring sound financial performance.
The Candidate
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run successful care homes, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower competent staff teams, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.

This role is based in Merseyside. The position would be ideal for those exploring new career opportunities in the Liverpool, Birkenhead, Widnes, Warrington, Southport & St Helen’s area.

Summary
My client is seeking a Regional Multisite Manager with exposure to management within a care home, where the successful candidate can lead on running successful homes and undertaking turnaround projects in line with CQC requirements. In exchange, my client is offering a salary up to £55,000 per annum inclusive of car allowance and mileage.
