Contract: Full-time | Permanent | 42 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £22.25 per hour + paid breaks
Annual Salary: £48,594 (based on 42 hours)

They are currently looking for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join their experienced team on a full-time, permanent basis at their large nursing home in Chester.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality clinical care tailored to elderly residents
Assess, implement, and regularly review individual care plans
Administer medication safely and accurately
Monitor residents' physical and mental health and respond to changes
Support residents’ emotional well-being in a respectful, person-centred manner
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and colleagues
Supervise and support care staff, promoting best practices
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safeguarding protocols
Promote dignity, independence, and a positive home environment
Candidate Requirements
Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC pin
Minimum 4 years’ experience in an elderly care home setting
Strong clinical knowledge with leadership capability
Compassionate and patient nature, with a commitment to person-centred care
Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
