About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to lead a nursing home. The position offers the chance to work with a reputable provider within the space, known for its strong community-driven values. 

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in working a dementia & elderly environment 
• Use of electronic systems 
• Nurse qualified with active PIN highly desirable but not essential
• Excellent organisation and planning skills
• Strong communication skills and relationship building
