Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 per annum (plus performance bonus)

The Role
Compass Associates are proud to be working with an established elderly care provider who operate a portfolio of care homes across the UK. Currently, they are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a Harrogate based service, driving standards across quality, compliance and overall performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership of a well-resourced home with an established team in place. With a supportive senior management structure across the business, this role will suit an individual keen to expand their expertise and grow their career.
Candidate
The ideal candidate will be a qualified nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with a proven background in managing nursing homes, bringing a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and operational performance. You will have a demonstrable history of achieving positive CQC outcomes and maintaining high standards of care. Experience in leading and developing teams is essential, alongside the ability to build a positive and accountable culture within the service.
Strong organisational and systems skills will be key, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
Local knowledge and experience working with local authorities would be advantageous.

The role is commutable from: Harrogate, York, Easingwold, Ripon, Thirsk, Bedale, Skipton, Keighley, Shipley, Horsforth and Wetherby.
