The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to partner with a fantastic client looking for a Care Home Manager to join their team and lead a service located around Blyth. The group are seeking a talented and supportive individual with a real passion for high quality care. In this role, the new manager will guide a home that is performing well and ensure resident care remains person centred.
With a strong infrastructure in place, the new manager will be given the tools and resources required to thrive and given autonomy to make the role their own.
Candidate
My client are looking for an individual with previous management experience within a Nursing Care Home, either nurse qualified or non-nurse. You’ll be a visible leader, keen to work with staff and bolster their career where possible. With residents and their families, you’ll be communicable and supportive, promoting a safe but homely environment.
An exposure to budget management would be ideal, along with a history of CQC inspections and relationship building with external stakeholders. When it comes to care planning and medication management, you’ll have a keen eye and an attention to detail; maintaining good documentation across the board.

The role is commutable from: Blyth, Cramlington, Morpeth, Whitley Bay, Ponteland, Longbenton, Wallsend, North Shields, Ashington and Dudley.
