The Role
Compass Associates are pleased to be partnering with a valued client who are looking to find a Registered Manager to join the business in Greater Manchester. The group have a solid reputation within the sector and have a growing portfolio of care homes across England. They are passionate about providing tailored, quality care for each of their residents and champion their team with a supportive senior leadership structure.
The role joins a well-established, medium to large-bedded care home around the Greater Manchester area. This home provides general nursing, nursing dementia, residential and dementia care to elderly residents. The new Registered Manager will be supported by a Deputy and Regional Manager, ensuring they have the team and the resources needed to make improvements to day to day care.
Candidate

To be considered for the role, you’ll be a visible, confident leader with a strong management presence, capable of bringing out the very best in your team. You’ll champion new ideas and progressive approaches ton nursing and dementia care, shaping and delivering a clear, forward-thinking vision for the home.
A strong knowledge of CQC framework is essential, along with a history of successful inspections under your belt. With compliance, you’ll have an attention to detail, and a working financial knowledge to ensure the home continues to be profitable in order to continually invest in the care and environment.
