With c60 beds and a consistently full occupancy rate, My client are committed to offering a comfortable and supportive environment for both our residents and staff. The home operates primarily with private pay residents and offers full support to all staff, with a dedicated senior team

They provide an exceptional, clean, and spacious environment that resembles a high end luxury care service. We are seeking a passionate and experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care.

Role Overview:
This is a strategic office-based managerial role with the opportunity to engage directly with residents and staff on the floor. As the Home Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the nursing home, ensure the delivery of top-notch care, and work closely with the CEO (currently Home Manager) for mentorship and guidance. This role offers autonomy, allowing you to make a significant impact on the care and wellbeing of their residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the nursing home with full autonomy, ensuring high standards of care and operations.
• Oversee the development, implementation, and monitoring of care plans (PCS), with the introduction of EMAR
• Provide leadership and support to a team of senior staff members.
• Offer positive and collaborative environment for both residents and staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies.
• Develop strategies to continuously improve resident care and home operations.
