We are proud to be working alongside an ambitious luxury national care provider who operate across the UK, inclusive of a portfolio of nursing, residential, dementia and complex care homes. The business are seeking a proven manager who is commercially astute to lead the operations of their 125 bedded service based in Stafford which provides support for residents with dementia and challenging behaviours.

 

Focus areas include increasing occupancy levels building further relationships with local authorities / CCG's, whilst simultaneously ensuring low to no agency usage and additionally working with the Deputy to maintain their ‘Good’ CQC rating and a strong carehome.co.uk rating.

Who are we looking for?

The successful candidate will ideally be nurse qualified (RGN / RMN / RNLD) or hold a successful history of managing large nursing services or multiple services and must possess a solid comprehension of dementia / complex care.

 

Candidates must be able to evidence previous CQC inspections and have capability to drive occupancy and an approachable management style that will champion staff and compliment there existing management team.                   

 

 Requirements

  • Experience in complex care (desirable)
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Improved occupancy growth & driven fees.
  • Able to develop strong relationships with local healthcare agencies, local community, and professionals.
  • Abe to demonstrate extensive knowledge of specialist dementia care
  • Desirable - nurse qualified (RGN / RMN / RNLD) active pin
  • Strong relationships with Local Authorities / CCG

Interview Process                           

The interview process will consist of 3 stages, the first will be an informal teams call with the group’s operations director, followed by a more formal and traditional face to face interview.

  

Location

The role is commutable from: Stoke on Trent, Cannock, Telford, Lichfield, Walsall, Market Drayton, Shrewsbury, Uttoxeter, Rugeley, Wolverhampton, Birmingham and Tamworth.
