About the Role:
As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for:
Providing clinical and operational leadership to your team
Ensuring regulatory compliance with CQC standards
Driving continuous improvement in care delivery and resident satisfaction
Managing budgets, staffing, and quality assurance processes
Creating a supportive and empowering culture for staff and residents alike
Requirements:
Valid NMC PIN (RGN)
Previous experience as a Home Manager in a nursing home setting
Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards
Proven ability to lead, manage and inspire a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
