ROLE:
As a Registered Homecare Manager, you will lead our CQC-rated 'Good' Greater Manchester hub, overseeing a dedicated team to ensure the delivery of exceptional homecare services. You will manage operations, develop care strategies, and ensure compliance with CQC standards. The role includes managing a remote team, collaborating with senior leadership, and enhancing the care provided to individuals in your community. You'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while receiving the support and resources you need to succeed.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of care staff
  • Ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to all clients
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations and compliance with CQC regulations
  • Developing and implementing care plans
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals
  • Promoting staff training and development
  • Ensuring service performance is consistently meeting or exceeding expectations

CANDIDATE REQS/QUALS:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading homecare teams
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations and care quality standards
  • Passionate about delivering person-centred care and empowering clients to maintain their independence
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and professional development
  • Registered Manager qualification or equivalent (preferred)
  • Experience in the care sector, preferably in homecare or domiciliary services
