Compass Associates are working with a national provider of care and support to people with learning disabilities, mental health, autism and other complex needs.
We’re recruiting for a Registered Locality Manager to oversee three Registered Care Homes in Burnham-on-sea, Somerset. The role will be responsible for all aspects of the daily operations of the services, line management of the staff team and will hold the registration with CQC.
Person Specification:
Applicants must have experience in a Registered Manager role, ideally within residential, however supported living will also be considered. Extensive experience leading services for adults with Mental Health, Complex Needs, Learning Disabilities and/or Autism is essential. Due to the remit of the role, applicants will ideally demonstrate multi-site management and hold a full UK driving licence.
