Compass Associates are currently working with a well established provider within the Health & Social Care Sector. We are looking for a Registered Manager to manage a newly built Residential Service specialising in Learning Disabilities, Autism, Mental Health and other complex needs for young adults situated in the Swansea region. 

We're looking for head strong Manager who can continue to exceed the standard of care within the home and lean towards reaching the highest quality of care, while having the same vision for growth as the provider.

Who are we looking for?      

• QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management / equivalent or working towards     
• Experience as a Manager within a Residential setting looking after adults    
• Strong knowledge of compliance
• Background of working with Adult Learning Disabilities and Autism       
• Value driven mindset who is a good communicator
• A Team player, great management skills and a passion for care        
• Clear DBS / CRB               

Location  

The service is situated in the Neath Area, commutable from Swansea, Morriston, Briton Ferry, Port Talbot, Gorseinon, Ammanford, Llanelli, Carmarthen, Porthcawl and Llandeilo. 

Shift Pattern        

Monday to Friday with on call requirements depending on the needs of the service.
