Registered Manager – Adult Residential – Learning Disabilities
Location: Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum dependant on experience
Benefits: 10% discretionary bonus, competitive annual leave which increases with service, private pension scheme, paid DBS and clear progression through support funded qualifications
Remit
Compass Associates are working with a leading adult social care provider in the North East. The company have been established for many years and are currently on an exciting period of growth with new developments on the horizon in the coming months. They are very passionate about the car they provide, supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health and complex needs ensuring they are able to live a fulfilling and independent life.
Due to an internal promotion, they are currently seeking a Registered Manager to join them overseeing their 8 bedded residential service in Stockton-on-Tees and their 1 bedded service which is less than a 5-minute walk away. Both services provide support to residents in all areas of their life to develop their daily living skills. They are fully CQC compliant, have great relationships with the local authorities with a good strong stable staff team.
