The Role
We are currently seeking a Registered Manager to lead an established residential home in St Helens, which provides support for 5 young adults with learning disabilities and autism. The service opened in 2022 and is running extremely well with no issues, pending its first CQC inspection. You will be leading a committed team of around 20 people, driving a strong safeguarding culture and ensuring our high standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the service to ensure compliance with all governing body regulations and company policies
• Develop and motivate a high-performing team, fostering personal and professional growth
• Promote a positive and supportive environment for both staff and the individuals we support
• Manage day-to-day operations, including compliance, leadership, health & safety, and safeguarding
• Focus on enriching the lives of the young adults in our care while upholding our high standards

Requirements

• Ideally, you’ll have experience as a registered manager in a similar setting, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality care
• You’ll have an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (Level 5 is desirable)
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop a large team
