Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Service (New Branch Launch)

Are you an experienced care leader looking for a unique opportunity? We are seeking a Registered Manager to launch and lead a brand-new domiciliary care branch in Batley. This rare role offers full autonomy to shape a service from the ground up from building the team to establishing the culture, quality and reputation in the local community.

The Role
As the Registered Manager, you will:

Launch a new domiciliary care service from scratch, setting up all operational and compliance processes.

Recruit, develop and inspire your own team of care professionals.

Hold CQC registration and ensure the service meets regulatory standards from day one.

Build strong partnerships with service users, families, professionals, and community stakeholders.

Drive growth in care packages and develop the branch’s local reputation.

Take ownership of service quality, commercial performance and day-to-day operations.

Work closely with senior leadership and quality teams who will support you throughout.

Create a positive, values-led culture that delivers high-quality, person-centred care.
About You
We’re looking for a motivated leader who is excited by the challenge of launching a new service. You should have:

Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, education, housing, etc.).

Understanding of CQC standards (full support provided if not yet experienced).

Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification or willingness to work towards it.

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

A passion for high-quality, person-centred care and building strong community relationships.
