Are you an experienced and values-driven leader looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a Registered Manager to oversee an established domiciliary care branch in New Milton, leading its next phase of growth while maintaining exceptional care standards across the local community.

This branch has a loyal customer base and strong foundations already in place, offering the autonomy to shape the service, build your team and drive sustainable expansion.

 

The Role

As the Registered Manager, you will:

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of high-quality domiciliary care services.

  • Hold CQC registration and ensure the branch meets all regulatory standards.

  • Recruit, mentor and inspire a growing team of care professionals.

  • Drive commercial growth through excellent service delivery, community engagement and business development.

  • Ensure operational efficiency, financial performance and consistent customer satisfaction.

  • Oversee audits, compliance checks and quality assurance processes.

  • Support ongoing staff development and promote a positive, person-centred culture.

About You

We’re seeking a strong leader with both operational confidence and a passion for quality care. You should have:

  • Proven management experience within a regulated sector (care, healthcare, education, housing or similar).

  • Working knowledge of CQC standards – or the willingness to learn with full support.

  • Level 5 Leadership & Management qualification (or willingness to work towards this).

  • Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

  • Excellent communication, people management and problem-solving skills.

  • A values-led approach with commitment to person-centred care.
