Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with the leading and national provider that specialise in providing high quality Supported Living & Residential Services to adults with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health, and other Complex Needs, with a remit to recruit for a Registered Manager for their established adult Residential Service supporting individuals with mental health needs and associated conditions including autism, learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
The Candidate
The Registered Manager will oversee and manage the Residential service for adults with mental health conditions, some with potential challenging behaviours and additional learning disabilities and/or autism. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within a management position with experience across residential or supported-living settings for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and/or additional complex needs.
As the Registered Manager you will have overall responsibility of the day-to-day operations of the service, including the leadership and management of the staffing team and continuous, close collaboration with the company’s quality team. You will be overseeing the efficient delivery and development of the service whilst working closely alongside the Operations Director, where together you will ensure the service users receive the best care. You will possess a deep working knowledge of health and social care, particularly in relation to complex autism and learning disabilities.
Salary and Benefits
A salary of £40,000 - £42’000 per annum (dependent on experience) with many benefits including:

Location
The role is located in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and is commutable from Sheffield, Mansfield, Alfreton, Baslow, Barlborough, and Worksop.
Interview Process
The interview process involves an initial interview with the Operations Director and Director of Quality, then a second interview with the Managing Director and Operations Director.
