Registered Branch Manager - Domiciliary Care  - UK Leading Homecare Provider

Salary: Up to £36,865 + Benefits.  

Location: Cheltenham (please see ‘location commutable by’ below).

Requirements:

Our client is looking for a caring and passionate individual, who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining an excellent service within a small branch in Cheltenham, with a strong commercial acumen to help successfully grow the business, by also providing the highest quality of care to all clients.

• A proven track record in providing the highest quality of service.
• A very good understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
• Experience in leading a team to provide quality, domiciliary care services.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent. 
• Full UK drivers’ licence.
• The ability to build fantastic working relationships.
• Strong influencing skills and is commercially aware.
• The drive and motivation to develop our care services.
• Strong organisational, communication and planning skills.
• Flexible to meet the demands of the business.

Location:

This position is based in Cheltenham and is commutable from Churchdown, Brockworth, Mitcheldean, Cinderford, Newent, Painswick and Prestbury
